HiiT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that involves short, intense bursts of activity followed by periods of rest. The goal of HIIT is to elevate your heart rate quickly and keep it elevated throughout the workout. The benefits of HIIT training include: increased calorie expenditure, improved cardiovascular health, and a rush of endorphins! HIIT is a fantastic stress reliever.

Metcon

Metcon, short for metabolic conditioning, focuses on improving your body's ability to efficiently use oxygen, burn calories, and improve overall fitness. The goal of a Metcon workout is to challenge the body's metabolic systems by combining high-intensity exercises with short rest periods. The exercises are designed to work multiple muscle groups at once, providing a full-body workout that will improve strength, endurance, and performance under fatigue.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness improves your ability to perform everyday activities or movements safely and efficiently. Here at Peak we perform simple movements that are constantly varied. The goal of Functional Fitness is to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as to improve overall balance and stability. Functional Fitness workouts can be beneficial for people of all fitness levels, as they are easily scaled to suit the athlete.
